PVC Flexible Cord H03VV-F / H05VV-F (RVV)
PVC flexible cord with fine-stranded copper conductors, PVC core insulation and an extruded PVC outer sheath. H03VV-F is the 300/300V light-duty version, while H05VV-F is the 300/500V ordinary-duty version for household appliances, office equipment, lighting and other portable electrical connections.
The round multi-core construction allows repeated routing, bending and connection in dry indoor environments where the cable is not exposed to heavy mechanical stress, outdoor sunlight, oil, heat or direct burial.

Key Features
Fine-Stranded Copper
Class 5 flexible copper conductors support repeated routing and connection in portable equipment.
PVC Double Protection
PVC insulation separates each conductor while the outer PVC sheath protects the complete cable assembly.
Two Voltage Options
H03VV-F provides the 300/300V light-duty version, while H05VV-F provides the 300/500V ordinary-duty version.
Round Flexible Profile
The round multi-core profile is suitable for cable routing, portable appliances and indoor connection leads.
Core Identification Options
Core colors can be arranged for two-core, three-core and protective-conductor configurations.
Custom Supply
Core count, cross-section, sheath color, cut length, marking and packing can be arranged to the purchasing specification.
Construction & Standards
Conductor
Plain annealed copper wires are finely stranded to provide the flexibility required for appliance leads and light portable equipment. The conductor class and strand design must follow the final ordered standard and product specification.
Insulation and Sheath
Each core is insulated with flexible PVC. The insulated cores are laid up and covered by an extruded PVC outer sheath. The cable is round and does not use the integral flat connecting web found in BVVB or H03VVH2-F / H05VVH2-F flat cords.
