Pre-Assembled PV Cable is a factory-terminated photovoltaic wiring solution: a H1Z2Z2-K EN 50618 solar cable with MC4-compatible connectors crimped and assembled at both ends under controlled workshop conditions. Available as a single red core (positive string lead) or single black core (negative string lead), supplied in standard lengths from 0.5 m to 10 m, it is designed for immediate plug-and-play connection between PV modules, string combiners, and inverter inputs — with no field stripping, crimping, or connector assembly required.
The cable core is identical to our single core H1Z2Z2-K solar cable — Class 5 fine-stranded tinned copper conductor, irradiation cross-linked XLPO insulation, irradiation cross-linked XLPO outer jacket — rated at 1.8 kV DC / 0.9 kV AC and certified to TUV 2PfG 1169/08.2007. Factory crimping eliminates the variability of field termination, ensuring every joint meets the IEC 60512 / IEC 62852 contact resistance specification from day one.
