H05Z-U / H05Z1-U Low Smoke Halogen Free Electric Wire 300/500V is the smallest-gauge solid LSOH building wire in the European harmonised range — three conductor sizes (0.5, 0.75, 1.0mm²) for signal, control, and panel wiring applications where low corrosive gas and fume emission is a mandatory requirement. The H05 voltage class (300/500V) distinguishes these micro-gauge wires from the H07 (450/750V) power wiring class — H05 is specifically designated for signal and control circuits inside equipment, panels, and appliances where the maximum system voltage does not exceed 300V to earth. The solid bare copper conductor (Class 1) provides the simplest termination possible — a single copper core that seats perfectly in screw-down and push-in terminals without strand separation or splaying.
